How long does it take for my event to go live? ▼
Standard listings are reviewed and published within 24 hours. Featured listings are prioritised and go live within 4 hours. You'll receive an email confirmation once your event is live.
Can I list an event with multiple distances and categories? ▼
Absolutely — this is one of Eventry's core features. You can add as many disciplines as your event offers. For example, a triathlon festival can list a Sprint, Olympic, Ironman 70.3, Kids Tri, and Aquathlon all under the one event listing, each with their own distance, price, and registration link.
What if my event is a unique multi-sport format? ▼
We support fully custom multi-leg events through our "Other" sport type. You can build any combination of legs in any order — kayak → run → swim → cycle → abseil — with individual distances for each leg. Each leg supports metres, kilometres, and miles.
Can I edit my event after it's been listed? ▼
Yes. Email us at eventry.au@gmail.com with your event name and the changes needed. We'll update it within 24 hours. Full self-service editing is coming soon.
Is Featured really complimentary right now? ▼
Yes — while we're building our audience, we're offering Featured listings at no cost to select organisers. Get in touch at eventry.au@gmail.com and we'll discuss featuring your event. Once paid Featured launches, existing complimentary listings will be honoured until their expiry date.
Do you support events outside Australia? ▼
Eventry is currently focused on Australian events. If you have an international event that attracts Australian participants, get in touch and we'll discuss options.
When will online payment for Featured listings be available? ▼
We're working on integrating online payments. In the meantime, contact us at eventry.au@gmail.com to arrange a Featured listing. We'll invoice you directly.
